Blessed are you, Lord our God,
the master-artist of the universe.
In your desire to create man
in your own divine image,
you have endowed your children
with various and respective gifts and abilities.
Great among them is the gift of creativity,
and the ability to craft,
in various forms and manners,
works of resplendence and delight.
Be ever present, we pray, with your servants
who seek, through artistic means,
to promote, in all their works and designs,
that truth, goodness, and beauty
which anticipates, in graced glimpses,
the full splendor of your countenance,
beheld by your angels and saints
before your heavenly throne.
